A research institute derived from the ICTP Italy has been constituted by collaboration of the International Centre for Theoretical
Physics (ICTP) with the São Paulo State University (UNESP) and the São
Paulo Research Funding Agency (FAPESP). The ICTP-SAIFR is located at the
campus of the Instituto de Física Teórica (IFT-UNESP) in the city of
São Paulo and activities include seminars, minicourses, schools and
workshops. The center has funding for short-term and long-term visitors
as well as for postdoctoral and permanent researchers. See the official link here.
